메트릭 값의 **변화**를 사용자 정의 임곗값과 비교하는 필터입니다.
변화는 "텀블링" 윈도우에서 계산됩니다. 즉, 현재 윈도우와
겹치지 않는 직전 윈도우 간의 차이입니다.
